Balletfitis a new, exciting group fitness class, based on Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. No ballet or dance experience is required! Ballet fit classes involve:
Ballet-barre: exercises to strengthen lengthen and tone muscles, improve balance and core strength
Cardio-barre: low impact exercises and routines to increase the heart rate and burn fat
Floor-ballet: a range of floor exercises to target the abdominals, upper and lower body
